Soft Cleaning Only: Use soft materials for cleaning. Avoid hard scrubbers like steel wool, which damage the surface.
Material & Design: Crafts are made from quality brass, red copper, or bronze. Generally hollow for resource efficiency and easy handling, with no compromise on appearance or quality.
Casting Hole: A small hole at the bottom is for venting during casting and cleaning sand residue from the lost-wax casting process.
Handling Figures: For Feng Shui figures, avoid touching the head directly. If cleaning is required, use a soft cotton cloth.
No Soaking: Do not immerse in water to prevent internal damage and corrosion.

What type of shipping options do you offer?
All parcels are shipped by UPS, FedEx, USPS.
For your convenience, please provide your mobile number in the order, so that
the courier delivering the package can arrange the collection details with you.
To avoid confusion, please inspect the item when picking up the package from the courier. If the package has been visibly damaged in any way，it should be opened for inspection, and if the contents of the package are damaged, it should be rejected. If the courier has already left, please do not open the package, notify the seller as soon as possible, and we will provide advice on how to deal with it.

Returns accepted within 15 days of purchase, we do not offer exchange, you can
return your product for a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following two exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Final discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
